ADA lawsuit abuse may soon end

On July 7, 2016, the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives sent a bill to the floor of the House to address ADA lawsuit abuse.  If passed by both the House and Senate and signed by the President, the bill will become known as the ADA Education and Reform Act.
